Job Title: Senior AI Developer (Finance-Focused)

Location: Fully Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a strong Senior AI Developer who wants to build real, impactful AI solutions—especially within finance and enterprise environments.

This is a hands-on role for someone who’s already solid in AI development but wants to push further. You’ll work with a sharp, fast-moving team that’s actively applying modern AI (LLMs, agents, automation) to real business problems—not just experimenting.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and deploy AI-driven applications using modern frameworks and LLM technologies
• Build intelligent workflows, agents, and automation solutions for finance-related use cases
• Work with structured financial data and integrate AI into business processes
• Collaborate with the team to identify where AI can create real efficiency and value
• Contribute to production-ready systems (not just prototypes)
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms, including ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Continuously learn and apply emerging AI tools and techniques

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in AI/ML development, with exposure to generative AI and LLMs
• Some background or familiarity with finance (accounting, FP&A, reporting, etc.)
• Experience or exposure to ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
• Comfortable coding in modern environments (VS Code, AI-assisted tools like Claude Code, etc.)
• Hands-on builder mindset—someone who likes to ship and iterate
• Strong problem-solving ability and curiosity

Nice to Have

• Experience with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Prior experience applying AI in business or enterprise settings
