Job Description:
>> Seeking a highly experienced Oracle Utilities CC&B Functional Consultant with 15 20 years of overall experience and multiple end-to-end utility transformation and billing implementations.
>> The candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders and drive business process transformation, requirements discovery, solution design, and implementation governance for large-scale Oracle Utilities programs.
Requirements:
>> 15 20 years of IT and Utility Industry experience.
>> Minimum 8+ years of hands-on Oracle Utilities CC&B CCNB functional consulting experience.
>> Multiple full lifecycle Oracle Utilities CC&B implementations.
>> Strong expertise in Customer Management, Account & Person Management, Premise & Service Point Management, Meter-to-Cash Processes, Billing & Rate Management, Payments & Collections, Move-In Move-Out, Credit & Collections, Customer Service Operations.
>> Strong utility domain knowledge in Electric Utilities, Gas Utilities, Water Utilities.
>> Proven experience leading requirements workshops with senior business stakeholders.
>> Strong experience in business process redesign and fit-gap analysis.
>> Experience preparing business requirements, functional specifications, and solution design documentation.
>> Experience supporting SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.
