DuckCreek Claims Integration Developer

Job Summary:

Looking for a DuckCreek Claims Integration Developer with strong experience in DuckCreek Claims implementations, REST API development, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting integrations between DuckCreek Claims and external systems, along with strong troubleshooting and production support skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support integrations for DuckCreek Claims.
• Design and build REST APIs and integration services.
• Work with Duck Creek Claims data model, source, and configuration.
• Develop XML/JSON transformations and data interfaces.
• Build and maintain integrations using SQL Server, SSIS, and related technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and integration defects.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• DuckCreek Claims implementation experience
• REST API Development (Must Have)
• DuckCreek Claims Data Model
• XML / JSON / Manuscript / SSIS Shredding (Must Have)
• Integration Development Experience
• SQL Server
• Production Support & Debugging
• C#/.NET Development (Preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing custom DuckCreek Claims extensions
• Strong understanding of insurance claims processes (FNOL, Claims Lifecycle)
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Duck Creek certifications are a plus

Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in:

• Implementing DuckCreek Claims API integrations
• Developing custom DuckCreek Claims extensions
• Building services using C#/.NET
• Creating claim creation/update integrations
• Working directly within DuckCreek source/configuration
• Resolving production integration defects
