RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager. This role will support Alliances and Channels, including Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, and other strategic partners.
Project Description:
This role requires a highly skilled marketer who can create and execute co-marketing initiatives with partners, with a strong focus on alignment and storytelling. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of designing and managing partner marketing campaigns across multiple partner types and channels, with a clear emphasis on driving impactful commercial outcomes.
Duties / Day-to-Day Overview
* Aligning Globally and Locally: Align and coordinate with global partner marketers to extend and execute marketing initiatives across AMER for all partner types
* Integrating with Internal Marketing Teams: Maintain close alignment with regional marketers to ensure partners are integrated into go-to-market initiatives, driving stronger sales alignment and operational effectiveness; Partner regularly with event, executive, and industry marketing teams to ensure partners are included across key initiatives
* Defining Success Metrics: Establish clear priorities and success metrics for each named partner to ensure alignment with overall Alliances and Channels goals; Work collaboratively with partners to define measurable outcomes that reflect both partner objectives and strategic initiatives
* Optimizing Market Development Funds: Promote and oversee participation in the Market Development Funds (MDF) program in collaboration with partners, ensuring commitment and measuring results from joint efforts
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-7+ years of relevant B2B partner marketing experience
* Experience working closely with alliance and channel partners to build joint marketing plans and execute programs that drive new customer acquisition and pipeline growth
* Experience shaping joint messaging and creating content with partners
* Demonstrated success measuring and improving ROI of marketing investments through indirect, partner-led business models
* Deep understanding of the user journey through partner distribution channels, including funnel dynamics, sales cycles, and product lifecycles
* Startup mentality with a strong bias toward action and comfort in fast-paced environments
* Ability to balance big-picture thinking with strong attention to detail
* Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions
* Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from complex data
* Excellent collaboration skills
* Experience partnering with Sales leaders and leading sales enablement initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
