Job Details

Independently assess and evaluate all assigned patient types, gathering pertinent data from charts and collaborating with physicians as needed
Formulate relevant, measurable, and attainable patient goals based on evaluation results and clinical findings
Plan and implement individualized physical therapy interventions, ensuring adherence to the Physical Therapy Practice Act
Regularly reassess patient progress per departmental and regulatory policy, adjusting treatment plans as necessary

Requirements

Active or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Texas
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills across diverse patient populations
