Job Summary
Responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Industry Solutions (IS-U) for utilities clients. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design, implement, and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP IS-U solutions aligned with utilities processes
- Configure and implement SAP IS-U modules, including relevant industry-specific functionalities
- Support SAP DWM (Device & Work Management) implementation and integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide effective solutions
- Provide training, support, and knowledge transfer to end users
- Ensure solution quality through testing, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and SAP enhancements
Preferred Profile
- Experience working on utilities projects (electricity, gas, or water)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end utilities processes (metering, billing, customer service)
