Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Security Architect Google Cloud Platform to act as the technical authority for Google Cloud Platform security architecture. This role focuses on designing secure cloud environments, establishing security standards, and ensuring enterprise-wide compliance through robust architectural frameworks.
The ideal candidate will lead the development of secure-by-design cloud patterns, define governance models, and support strategic cloud security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Secure Design Blueprints (SDBs) for Google Cloud Platform services
• Lead Generative AI security architecture, including secure deployment of AI services
• Design and implement organization-level security guardrails and governance policies
• Define and enforce IAM structures and access control frameworks
• Provide architectural support for Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) initiatives
• Analyze security findings and recommend design-level improvements
• Act as the design authority for all Google Cloud Platform security architecture and patterns
• Ensure alignment with enterprise security standards and compliance requirements
• Create high-quality HLD/LLD documentation for security designs

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform Security Architecture
• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform-native security tools
• Deep knowledge of IAM, VPC Service Controls (VPC-SC), and Cloud Armor
• Experience in designing secure cloud architectures and governance frameworks
• Strong experience in HLD/LLD documentation and requirements engineering
• Ability to translate complex security requirements into scalable design solutions

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Generative AI security (Gemini, Vertex AI, etc.)
• Experience supporting CSPM programs
• Strong understanding of enterprise security and compliance frameworks

Certifications:

• Google Cloud Platform Professional Security Architect / Security Engineer (or equivalent) Preferre
