Summary

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, high-ownership Technical Coordinator to spearhead the deployment of complex technical footprints for experiential retail activations and live events. This role bridges the gap between AV systems engineering, field network deployment, and project execution.

The Technical Core (What You’ll Do)

Infrastructure & AV Routing: Build and manage wiring diagrams, equipment install schematics, and signal flows for integrated AV, lighting, and power distribution systems.
Network & Endpoint Management: Deploy and configure onsite network infrastructure; provision, track, and manage device accounts and applications.
QA & Ecosystem Testing: Conduct rigorous QC testing on digital applications across iOS, Android, and Windows ecosystems and endpoints.
Field Operations: Own the technical lifecycle of Tier 1/2 events—from staging, pre-activation content testing, and system construction to live troubleshooting and teardown.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ Years in systems integration and live events.
3+ Years deploying interactive tech activations specifically within complex retail environments.
AV/Networking Expertise: Deep proficiency in professional AV hardware, signal conversion, local network routing, and switch configuration.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to influence teams and manage program deliverables without direct reporting lines.
Mindset: An adaptable, calm-under-pressure self-starter with exceptional improvisational troubleshooting skills.
