Senior Power Platform Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Power Platform Developer (12+ years of experience) to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Dynamics 365 integrations, Azure services, and enterprise application development. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable and secure digital transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise applications using Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps).
• Build and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI.
• Design and manage Dataverse data models, tables, relationships, and business rules.
• Develop custom connectors, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure, SAP, Salesforce, and third-party applications.
• Implement security models, governance, compliance, and environment strategies.
• Develop reusable components, plugins, custom controls, and PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules when required.
• Create ALM processes using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform solution architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Mentor junior developers and establish Power Platform development best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Ensure solutions align with organizational security, compliance, and governance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 6+ years of Power Platform development experience.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
  • Power Automate
  • Power BI
  • Dataverse
  • Power Pages
  • Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio
• Experience with Dynamics 365 customization and integration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services.
• Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, and custom connectors.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Power Fx.
• Experience with SQL Server and relational database design.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) and governance frameworks.
• Experience implementing CI/CD using Azure DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI Builder and Microsoft Copilot technologies.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
• Experience with enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as Healthcare, Finance, Insurance, or Government.
