Data Engineer (IT Operations)

Your Impact
In this position, you will be accountable for the development of our data analytics. Your contributions will directly shape the organizations analytical capabilities, driving innovation, and providing valuable insights that positively influence business outcomes through data-driven decision making.
What You ll Need to Make Your Impact
In this position, you will be a key contributor in shaping and implementing the data analytics strategy. You will work with a team of talented engineers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive the adoption of best practices in data analytics. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a leadership position and have a passion for solving complex analytical challenges. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced data solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Extensive proficiency in Python for advanced data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
- Experience with data analytics tools and frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, and Jupyter.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines and workflows.
- Participate in code reviews and design sessions during Agile process
- Communicate key project data to team members and build team cohesion and effectiveness.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
- Experience implementing and monitoring data quality metrics including month of month trends.
- Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Databricks, Spark and experience with big data technologies will be highly valuable.
- Healthcare experience is highly value
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience with Python, SQL, Databricks
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to design and implement complex integrations.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience in Healthcare and Healthcare data is a plus
