Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manager (BRM) / Business Analyst to support stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and business analysis across multiple business units. In this role, you will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring priorities are aligned, communication is effective, and project deliverables are successfully executed. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, facilitating stakeholder discussions, managing project milestones, risks, and issues, and supporting Agile delivery through backlog refinement, user story development, sprint coordination, and SDLC best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience with Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), along with a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, document business processes, and drive successful project outcomes. Candidates should have 3 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Relationship Management, Project Coordination, or a similar role, with strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
