Caring. Connecting. Growing together.As a Python Developer you will be building scalable applications, working with MSSQL databases, and implementing AI-based features such as chat and smart search.
Primary Responsibilities:- Develop backend applications using Python
- Build and maintain APIs using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask
- Work with MSSQL database, write queries and stored procedures
- Optimize database performance and fix slow queries
- Implement AI features like chat, question answering, and summarization
- Work on vector-based search systems using embeddings
- Handle data processing and large datasets
- Debug issues and improve system performance
- Collaborate with team members and follow good coding practices
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement
- Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation

Required Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience with Python
- 3+ years of SQL and MYSQL
- 2+ years of experience with API
- Experience with AI features and workflows
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Docker
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms
- Understanding of modern backend architectures
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
