Mandatory Qualifications:
1.Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Business Analyst
2.More than seven (7) years of client focused business and requirements analysis experience and documentation including: Conducting and leading requirements gathering sessions; Analyzing requirements gathered; Identifying, documenting, and validating system requirements for continuous integration and deployment; Preparing proposals for best fit technology based on requirements elicited.
3.More than seven (7) years of experience working on enterprise level software development projects with an active role in working with customers, technical team, and other Business Analysts.
Desirable Qualifications:
1.More than five (5) years of experience identifying, documenting and validating system requirements across multiple agencies, with a focus on the Human Service domain including eligibility, enrollment, case management, and financial management of SNAP, HEAP, PA, & Child Care. The justification narrative must specifically address how the proposed candidate's unique past projects and experiences meet this qualification. Providing a general listing of projects and descriptions is not adequate.
- Over 7 years of experience leading requirements gathering and analysis. Proven track record in documenting CI/CD specifications and preparing technical proposals for best-fit technology solutions. 3.seven (7) years of experience implementing web-based, client-facing applications. 4.More than seven (7) years of developing JIRA boards, Sprint planning, use cases, user stories, screen prototypes, specifications, and experience with requirements management tool similar to Blueprint. 5.Five (5) years' experience playing multiple roles – such as Business analyst &t ester. Assisting with plan, roadmaps, sprint planning and working on initiative assigned by reporting manager.
