Job Summary

We are seeking a Technology Lead with 7+ years of experience in Snowflake, Python, DBT, and Big Data technologies. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of enterprise data platforms, build scalable ELT pipelines, optimize Snowflake performance, and develop AI-driven data solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership and expertise in data architecture, analytics, and cloud-based data engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Snowflake data platforms.
• Develop and maintain DBT-based transformation frameworks.
• Build scalable ELT pipelines using Python, DBT, and Snowflake.
• Design and optimize Snowflake architecture, data models, and platform performance.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data and AI solutions.
• Develop AI-driven solutions, including conversational AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
• Optimize Snowflake performance and cost efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and best practices across data engineering, AI, and DevOps.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver enterprise data solutions.
