IT Project Manager

What will your day look like? As an IT Project Manager, you will:
Lead projects/programs from initiation through delivery, closure, and handoff to support
Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations aligned with business objectives
Manage milestones, budgets, and project documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, ensuring effective communication and alignment
Facilitate project scoping, obtain approvals, and manage scope changes as needed
Track project performance, provide status updates, and take corrective actions when required
Identify and implement workflow process improvements for ongoing programs
Mentor and manage staff, promote training, and provide guidance for successful project execution
Act as the liaison with senior business leaders to align project strategy with organizational goals

You will be a good fit for the IT Project Manager role if you have:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong experience managing a variety of IT projects
Ability to shift between Waterfall and Agile project environments
Experience working with geographically distributed, multi-time zone teams
Strong project/program management skills, including portfolio management tools
Ability to lead, motivate, and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience managing stakeholders at all levels
Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations and delivering results

Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with SAP, Microsoft 365, and Cybersecurity projects
Self-starter with experience working in hybrid or virtual teams
Ability to perform root-cause analysis and problem resolution
