Job Details

Role Name: Program Manager – BI & Python Automation
Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:
Portfolio Oversight: Manage and monitor service delivery portfolios, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Use Python for automation, data analysis, and scripting to streamline reporting and operational insights.
Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize KPIs, SLA compliance, and service performance metrics.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure service expectations are met and exceeded.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks across the portfolio and implement mitigation strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements using data insights and automation tools.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to ITIL, ISO, and other relevant standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5+ years of experience in service delivery or portfolio management.
Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, and reporting.
Expertise in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project).

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or Agile methodologies.
Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
Familiarity with SQL, Excel VBA, or other data tools.
