Job Title: Scrum Master (Finance / Banking Domain)

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Rate: DOE

Key Responsibilities

·         Serve as Scrum Master for Agile squads, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, Agile values, and delivery excellence.

·         Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews.

·         Partner closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs aligned with business goals.

·         Track squad performance using metrics dashboards and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

·         Remove blockers, risks, and impediments impacting delivery timelines.

·         Provide regular updates to Delivery Leads during Scrum of Scrums meetings.

·         Conduct Agile maturity assessments and coach teams on best practices.

·         Support quarterly planning cycles including IBR planning, strategic objectives, initiatives, and roadmap execution.

·         Maintain Jira hygiene, dashboards, and reporting for transparency and performance management.

·         Coordinate release management and change processes using Remedy or similar tools.

·         Monitor production deployments and release activities.

·         Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams.

·         Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications

·         7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager

·         Proven experience delivering projects within Financial Services / Banking environments

·         Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, Scrum practices, and team coaching

·         Hands-on experience with:

o    Jira

o    Confluence

o    SharePoint

o    Remedy Change Management

o    Microsoft Project

o    Excel

o    Visio

·         Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

·         Ability to influence teams without direct authority

·         Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

·         Experience managing release and deployment lifecycles

Preferred Qualifications

·         Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe or equivalent)

·         Experience in Wealth Management platforms

·         Exposure to Analytics and Data-driven financial systems

·         Experience working in large enterprise Agile transformations
