Overview:
The Global Supply Network Senior Analyst manages finished goods inventory across global sales warehouses and distribution centers to meet customer demand and support key supply chain KPIs such as OTIF and inventory performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage inventory levels based on sales forecasts and customer service targets.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and adjust reorder points and par levels as demand changes.
  • Analyze inventory positioning, trends, and forecast variances across regions.
  • Identify gaps between financial plans and demand plans; escalate issues as needed.
  • Support global inventory strategy, business planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Recommend improvements to inventory systems to enhance accuracy and operational reliability.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with planning tools/Excel.
  • Effective communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
