Overview

Seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to support a multi-year enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation (Skyline Program). This role sits within Business Transformation and leads OTC-focused initiatives, primarily across Sales & Sales Operations.

This is a portfolio-level role focused on governance, risk management, business readiness, and cross-workstream alignment not hands-on technical delivery. The ideal candidate deeply understands OTC in SAP, can bridge business and IT teams, and proactively identify readiness and integration risks.

Manufacturing experience preferred (Sales/Sales Ops most important).

Requirements

8+ years Program/Project Management
3 5+ years SAP ECC or S/4HANA transformation experience
Direct OTC program leadership in SAP
Experience working with business leaders, SAP/IT, and system integrators
