Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP EAM/PM Lead Consultant to drive end-to-end implementation and optimization of Enterprise Asset Management solutions within an S/4HANA environment. This role requires a strong functional leader with deep expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance, master data management, and integration across SAP modules, along with excellent client-facing and delivery management skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead SAP EAM/PM implementations in S/4HANA programs from requirement gathering to deployment
  • Act as a primary client interface, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and delivery
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
  • Drive master data governance and data quality initiatives within SAP EAM
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, etc.)
  • Identify and implement digitization opportunities and process improvements
  • Deliver minimum viable products (MVPs), templates, pilots, and scalable solutions
  • Establish and promote Agile methodologies and collaboration models
  • Lead and coordinate onsite and offshore teams for successful delivery
  • Provide guidance in functional design, documentation, and solution architecture
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP implementation programs
  • Strong expertise in SAP EAM/PM (Plant Maintenance)
  • Hands-on experience in S/4HANA EAM implementations
  • Extensive experience in master data management and data quality tools
  • Proven experience in integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules
  • Strong background in process industries (Chemicals preferred)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Proficiency in data analysis (Advanced Excel preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent required
  • Certifications in SAP S/4HANA / Agile / Scrum Master (nice to have)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively
Additional Requirements
  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with coordination across time zones
  • Flexibility to support offshore team overlaps
