Architecture Experience: 8+ years as a Solutions Architect delivering large-scale enterprise software or cloud optimization projects
Healthcare Expertise Deep understanding of the US Healthcare sector ideally with transactional system experience in Pharmacy or PBM operations
Compliance-Driven Design Strong working knowledge of designing systems compliant with the HIPAA Security Rule and Federal security authorization boundaries

Architectural Blueprinting Design end-to-end technical solutions for enterprise client implementations ensuring strict data segregation in a multi-tenant environment
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner directly with Technology Security and Business teams to align technical architecture with regulatory mandates
Security Integration Embed Federal and State compliance criteria directly into application, data, and infrastructure designs from day one
System Boundary Design Assist in defining technical System Boundaries to isolate and protect government client data workloads
Architectural Blueprinting Design end-to-end technical solutions for enterprise client implementations, ensuring strict data segregation in a multi-tenant environment

AI Skills All contractor resources are expected to demonstrate baseline proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools as part of their day-to-day responsibilities This includes but is not limited to
Consistent Use Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms approved by the enterprise
Applied Productivity Leverage AI tools to enhance coding documentation data analysis and decision-making workflows.
Continuous Learning Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and features and apply them to improve delivery quality and velocity
