Engagement Manager (Data & P&C Insurance)

Location: Remote (USA)
Duration: Long Term

Key Responsibilities:

Lead large-scale Data & Analytics initiatives for P&C Insurance clients.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, budgets, timelines, and resources.
Drive cloud data modernization programs using Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
Collaborate with business and data engineering teams to deliver enterprise data solutions.
Ensure governance, data quality, security, compliance, and Agile delivery best practices.
Present project updates and risks to executive leadership and mentor delivery teams.

Required Skills:

15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Program/Engagement Management.
Strong experience managing Data Engineering or Data Analytics projects.
P&C Insurance domain expertise.
Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar insurance platforms.
Knowledge of Data Lake/Data Warehouse architectures.
Strong Agile/Scrum and SDLC experience.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading onsite/offshore teams.
