Job Summary

We are seeking a Debit Card Dispute Resolution Specialist to review, process, and resolve debit card dispute claims. The ideal candidate will have experience handling chargebacks, arbitration, compliance cases, and customer dispute investigations while ensuring adherence to Federal, Visa, and network regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, process, and resolve routine debit card dispute cases.

• Research chargebacks, arbitration, compliance, and adjustments.

• Investigate disputes and determine corrective actions.

• Communicate with members, merchants, vendors, and financial institutions.

• Handle provisional credit adjustments and invalid charge claims.

• Monitor cases to minimize financial loss.

• Perform general ledger entries and monthly case balances.

• Maintain accurate documentation and case records.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and consumer protection requirements.

• Assist in training new Level I specialists.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with PIN-based disputes or signature-based chargebacks.

• Knowledge of debit card dispute regulations, processes, and systems.

• Background in financial transaction processing, accounting, auditing, or compliance.

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and applications.

• Good organizational, planning, and time management skills.
