Responsibilities:

• Maintain active relationships with customers to understand and gather business requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering meetings and review design proposals with the business.
• Ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Anticipate broad technical changes and ensure that company technology remains at the forefront of industry developments.
• Prioritize projects and make informed trade-offs concerning enterprise systems changes.
• Lead technology evaluation and participate in proof-of-concept projects.
• Own the change request process and coordinate with other teams as needed.
• Develop and define application scope and objectives.
• Supervise the preparation of technical and functional specifications.
• Conduct technical design and code reviews for pull requests.
• Ensure that unit testing meets the test plan requirements.
• Complete system testing and carry out implementations according to plan.
• Deliver application technology solutions and contribute to execution planning efforts.
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify long-term technology infrastructure needs.
• Create architectural solutions and anticipate future technology needs.
• Lead internal discussions about the future direction of major technology areas.
• Coordinate and manage on-call support and own the system monitoring process.
• Participate in the review and decision-making processes for enterprise solutions.
• Lead adoption of AI First Software Development Practice leveraging AI agents.

• Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture and Service Mesh.
• Experience implementing enterprise DevOps automation frameworks.
• Expertise with SAFe Agile methodology and Agile delivery tools.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and observability platforms.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools and AI Agents.

Qualification And Education:

• A BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• At least 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in multi-dimensional platforms and both business and technical applications, or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience.
