Role Overview
The candidate will design and develop applications for Collaboration and Productivity systems, focusing on automated provisioning and customer-facing productivity tools. This role requires experience in all aspects of software development and a proven track record of developing enterprise solutions. The position involves producing detailed technical designs, ensuring solutions integrate with existing technologies, and collaborating with various internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define application objectives by analyzing user requirements and envisioning system features and functionality.
- Design and develop user interfaces for Real Time Communication applications, setting priorities throughout the development lifecycle.
- Complete programming using specified languages and software products, including designing and conducting tests.
- Create automated provisioning applications for use within the financial and banking industry.
- Coordinate requirements, schedules, and activities for application development projects.
- Troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
- Support users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
- Enhance organizational reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new requests and exploring opportunities to add value.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in engineering or information systems is required.
Experience: At least 12 years of experience in the financial or technology industry, with specific knowledge and a proven track record of software development. Experience in all aspects of the System Development Lifecycle, including application design and architecture, is necessary. An understanding of large-scale, enterprise-level application infrastructure is required.
Technical Skills: 12+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, Javascript, Node JS, Spring, J2EE design patterns, SQL, and server-side RESTful web services. Proficiency in Unified Communications Platforms, Middleware Communication platforms, microservices design, application security, high availability design, distributed systems, and multi-threaded programming.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CTI APIs, including TSAPI and JTAPI.
- Knowledge of Lync UCWA, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/JQuery, and AngularJS.
- Familiarity with JUnit Framework and Jenkins automation framework.
