  • Define product strategy, vision, and roadmaps, aligning data product initiatives with business objectives and user needs.
  • Drive 0-to-1 product innovation by conducting stakeholder workshops, user research, requirements gathering, and rapid prototyping to validate concepts and business value.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to design, prioritize, and deliver scalable data solutions, AI-enabled products, and technology initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams, managing project plans, resources, budgets, timelines, risks, and change management activities.
  • Oversee data integration, migration, transformation, and analytics efforts while ensuring data quality, reliability, and operational excellence.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate product and project progress, and ensure alignment across business and technology organizations.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and financial measures to evaluate product success, adoption, and return on investment.
  • Support governance, continuous improvement initiatives, and best practices across product management, project delivery, and organizational technology programs.
  • Develop presentations, business cases, reports, and product documentation to support decision-making, adoption, and executive communication.
