Summary of Role:
RTX is seeking an experienced and motivated technologist focused on the design and automation of Linux and Windows virtual machines within Microsoft Azure, AWS and Oracle Cloud (OCI) infrastructures. You will work within an Agile product team to develop foundational enterprise integration capabilities, service guardrails, self-service automation, continuous compliance, operational processes, and documentation to comply with all corporate IT policies and regulations.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and Python for infrastructure automation.
- Knowledge of enterprise Active Directory integration and privileged access management.
- Problem-solving skills in diagnosing technical issues and recommending architectural changes.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience supporting government projects, programs, or systems.
- Experience with DoD STIG compliance and creation of "golden" VM images.
- Familiarity with NIST 800-53 and CMMC control frameworks.
- Understanding of ITIL processes for transitioning solutions to steady state.
- Collaborative approach to working within Agile teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
