Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify areas for cost reduction, waste elimination, and process improvement
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on process design and improvement
  • Use industrial engineering techniques such as time studies, work measurement, and motion analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization
  • Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to analyze data and perform root cause analysis
  • Lead or support project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Proficient in the use of process mapping, data analysis, and statistical tools (Minitab)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
  • Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality management systems
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or project management (e.g., PMP)

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Microsoft Office Suite, analytical skills.
