Primary Responsibilities
- Identify areas for cost reduction, waste elimination, and process improvement
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on process design and improvement
- Use industrial engineering techniques such as time studies, work measurement, and motion analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization
- Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to analyze data and perform root cause analysis
- Lead or support project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
- Proficient in the use of process mapping, data analysis, and statistical tools (Minitab)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
- Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality management systems
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or project management (e.g., PMP)
