Job Details

Hybrid role in Malvern, PA | Charlotte, NC | Phoenix, AZ. Candidate must be local or willing to relocate.

Other Details:

  • Work Authorization: Open to F1 OPT, STEM, TN, etc.
  • Interview Process: 3 rounds via MS Teams
  • Relocation Assistance for non-local candidates.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in fraud strategy or fraud data science, including building strategies or models in the banking industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership in retail banking or consumer card fraud initiatives, driving client priorities effectively.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods: classical statistics, probability, econometrics, and time-series analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in client-facing and cross-functional settings.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ThreatMetrix rule creation and management.
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques.
  • Experience in fraud loss appetite setting and performance planning.
  • Background in consulting or advisory roles focused on fraud strategy.
