Product Owner – P&C Insurance
Location: Erie, PA, USA (Onsite/Hybrid)
We are looking for a Product Owner with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience to drive digital product delivery and collaborate closely with business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own and prioritize the product backlog aligned to P&C business goals
Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release planning
Act as the primary bridge between stakeholders and Agile delivery teams
Collaborate with UX, QA, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Continuously gather feedback and adjust priorities to maximize product value
Required Skills
5+ years as Product Owner in P&C Insurance
Strong Agile / Scrum experience
Experience with policy, claims, billing, underwriting systems
Excellent stakeholder communication skills
