• ·         The React Native Lead will provide technical leadership for cross-platform mobile application development within the 7-Eleven Logistics portfolio. The role is based at the 7-Eleven client office in Irving, Texas, and requires the resource to work from the client location at least four days per week. The requirement does not offer a remote or hybrid working option.
• ·         The resource must have strong hands-on experience in React Native and should be capable of leading the design, development, enhancement, testing, and support of scalable cross-platform mobile applications. The role requires strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, React Native architecture, reusable components, API integration, state management, debugging, mobile application lifecycle, and production-quality engineering practices.
• ·         The React Native Lead will establish mobile-development standards, provide technical direction, perform design and code reviews, mentor developers, and guide the team in following engineering best practices. The individual will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, client representatives, architects, backend engineers, QA teams, and other cross-functional participants to deliver mobile capabilities as planned.
  Experience with native Android or iOS integrations, automated testing, CI/CD, release management, monitoring, and application-store deployment will be beneficial. Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder-management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities are required. The candidate must complete an Infosys internal evaluation followed by an evaluation with the client GSC team.
