About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Facilities Maintenance Technician to support day to day maintenance, repair, and improvement of equipment, facilities, and building systems within a fast paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot issues involving mechanical failures, electrical components, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic PLC-supported systems.
Maintain HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building infrastructure.
Complete work orders, inspections, and maintenance documentation accurately and on time.
Support production by minimizing downtime and responding quickly to maintenance requests.
Perform welding, fabrication, or machining tasks as needed (preferred but not required).
Follow safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and all company maintenance standards.
Assist with installations, equipment upgrades, and facility improvement projects.
Keep tools, parts, and work areas organized.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of industrial or facilities maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability.
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical drawings.
Knowledge of basic hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments.
Working knowledge of PLCs (basic understanding).
Welding or fabrication experience.
HVAC, electrical, or maintenance certifications (a plus).
Forklift experience.
