NetSuite Functional Analyst
Location - Remote (EST Preferred)

Position Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the migration of multiple ERPs and business sites into NetSuite. This role will partner closely with site-level Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and support solution design throughout a large-scale enterprise implementation.
Core Responsibilities
ERP Migration & NetSuite Implementation
- Support migration of multiple ERPs and sites into NetSuite
- Partner with site-level Business Analysts to gather and validate functional requirements
- Participate in solution design sessions and validate proposed system configurations
- Apply business requirements within a NetSuite environment
Business Process Analysis
- Lead process discovery sessions
- Document current-state and future-state workflows
- Develop detailed process flows using Visio or PowerPoint
- Focus heavily on:
- Order-to-Cash (high priority)
- Record-to-Report
- Fulfillment lifecycle
- Procure-to-Pay (lower priority)
- Understand warehouse operations and related integrations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as liaison between IT and business stakeholders
- Facilitate discussions across Finance, Operations, and IT
- Help prioritize requirements across multiple sites
- Support change management efforts and clarify system limitations
Testing & Validation
- Map business requirements to test cases
- Support UAT activities
- Ensure implemented solutions align with documented requirements

Process Knowledge (Most Important)
- Strong process mapping and process flow documentation experience
- Deep understanding of:
- Order-to-Cash
- Fulfillment lifecycle
- Record-to-Report
- Procure-to-Pay (less critical)
- Ability to lead process discussions and produce technical documentation
NetSuite Experience
- Experience working within NetSuite implementations
- Ability to translate business needs into NetSuite solutions
- Experience acting as liaison between IT and business teams
- NetSuite OneWorld is a plus (not required)
Change Management & Collaboration
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to communicate system constraints clearly
- Experience prioritizing requirements across multiple teams
Testing Support
- Experience mapping requirements to test cases
- UAT support experience
