Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant on the GPS SAP business transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting and advancing SAP-enabled transformation initiatives across the implementation lifecycle.
  • Lead SAP implementation and modernization workstreams, including SAP S/4HANA programs and ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation activities.
  • Configure SAP functionality to support business process requirements and guide fit-to-standard design decisions.
  • Facilitate requirements and process design sessions with business and technical stakeholders, documenting assumptions, risks, issues, and decisions throughout delivery.
  • Coordinate with integration and data teams on interface design, conversion dependencies, data migration planning, and integrated testing activities.
  • Develop and govern implementation deliverables and support cutover, deployment, and stabilization activities in regulated environments.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
  • 4+ years of experience working in regulated environments and producing or governing enterprise resource planning implementation deliverables, including solution design documentation, configuration rationale, test artifacts, cutover plans, and deployment readiness materials
  • 3+ years of experience documenting requirements, assumptions, risks, issues, and decisions across business and technical teams and supporting integrated testing activities
  • 2+ years of experience delivering SAP implementations, including SAP S/4HANA transformation work
  • 2+ years of experience configuring SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense and/or U.S. Federal civilian agency enterprise resource planning modernization programs
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
