This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities

Set up and configure storage systems, including SAN, NAS, and direct attached storage.
Administer day-to-day operations of the storage area network and related platforms.
Perform maintenance, configuration changes, and deployments to SAN systems.
Provision storage, create volumes, provision LUNs, and execute data migrations.
Monitor storage capacity, health, and performance metrics to ensure high availability and performance.
Implement and manage regular data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
Configure storage technologies to communicate over IPv6 in addition to IPv4.

Experience Requirements:
Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years providing storage solutions engineering support, including management, administration, and maintenance of SAN and NAS systems.
Experience administering storage area networks, specializing in EMC and NetApp systems and enterprise backup systems.
Experience with storage cloud infrastructure.
Ability to monitor storage capacity, health, and performance metrics.
Ability to perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Strong knowledge of IPv6 networking, addressing, routing, subnetting, network design, and troubleshooting (preferred).

EMC Certified Storage Administrator or NetApp Certified Data Administrator, or equivalent certification.
