Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant (Reporting & BI) on behalf of our client in a remote setting (preferred EST working hours). We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), reporting, and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, gather reporting requirements, and translate business needs into effective, data-driven reporting and analytics solutions.

This role is ideal for a techno-functional professional who thrives at the intersection of business processes, reporting strategy, and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions
• Work with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules to extract, interpret, and analyze business data
• Design, develop, and support reporting solutions using BI and reporting platforms
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate data mapping and successful report delivery
• Support ad-hoc reporting, data analysis, and business inquiries
• Ensure report accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and analytics capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
• Proven experience gathering reporting requirements and collaborating with business stakeholders
• Solid understanding of Oracle EBS data models and modules (Finance and/or Supply Chain preferred)
• Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Incorta, OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective reporting and analytics solutions
• Strong communication, analytical, and client-facing skills
• Experience with Oracle SQL and data extraction from Oracle EBS is highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Experience with dashboards and self-service analytics tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities
