Job Title: Sr. Program Delivery Manager – Strategic Supplier Program
Location: Atlanta, GA (preferred) or Raleigh-Durham, NC
Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire
Hybrid — minimum 2 days per week on-site. Occasional travel (up to 10%) for program workshops and stakeholder meetings, fully funded.
Our openings are procurement and labor sourcing/workforce operations roles. The target candidate has experience working in VMS tools (vendor management systems), experience running a vendor management program day to day —labor sourcing, managing suppliers, contingent workers, requisitions, procurement, etc.
What this role is not: This is not an IT, engineering, or systems implementation position. We are not looking for candidates whose VMS or ERP experience is limited to implementing, integrating, or developing the platform. We are looking for candidates who have operated a vendor/contingent labor program inside those tools — managing suppliers, workers, requisitions, and spend. Resumes centered on technical delivery, infrastructure, application development, or systems integration will not be a fit.
