Key Requirements:
8+ years of ServiceNow Architecture/Development experience
Strong experience across ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, Integrations
ServiceNow solution architecture, design, and roadmap planning
ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS)
Web Technologies: XML, HTML, Web Services
Cloud experience (AWS preferred, Azure acceptable)
ITIL framework knowledge
Technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management experience
LDAP, VPN, SSL, and enterprise integrations
Preferred:
ServiceNow CSA, CAD, ITSM, ITOM Certifications
CTA/CMA Certification
ITIL Foundation
Agile/Scrum experience
Cybersecurity knowledge
Government Community Cloud experience
