Summary

TEKsystems is in search of 3 Level 1 IT Support Help Desk Technicians to support one of our healthcare clients. This is a long-term opportunity, offering hands-on
experience and career development in a collaborative environment. This position is 100% onsite in Louisville, KY.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide phone-based technical support to internal employees
  • Remotely troubleshoot and resolve issues on users' PCs
  • Manage and resolve tickets using a ticketing system
  • Perform password resets and account management via Active Directory
  • Support Windows operating systems and related software

Qualifications
  • Prior help desk or service desk experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Familiarity with remote desktop tools, ticketing systems, and Active Directory
  • Commitment to providing timely and effective technical support

Shifts Available:
2nd shift Monday - Friday
  • 2:00pm-1030pm

3rd Tuesday-Saturday
  • 1030p-7:00am

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
