TEKsystems is in search of 3 Level 1 IT Support Help Desk Technicians to support one of our healthcare clients. This is a long-term opportunity, offering hands-on
experience and career development in a collaborative environment.
This position is 100% onsite in Louisville, KY. Key Responsibilities- Provide phone-based technical support to internal employees
- Remotely troubleshoot and resolve issues on users' PCs
- Manage and resolve tickets using a ticketing system
- Perform password resets and account management via Active Directory
- Support Windows operating systems and related software
Qualifications- Prior help desk or service desk experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools, ticketing systems, and Active Directory
- Commitment to providing timely and effective technical support

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
