Location: Burlingame, CA (Onsite Preferred) | Remote (Must work PST hours)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Project Coordinator to support Wearables Business Operations. This role focuses on employee experience programs, internal communications, administrative program logistics, and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams while partnering with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, People, and Finance teams.

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail; ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Key Responsibilities
Own coordination and execution of employee engagement and team experience programs (planning, scheduling, vendor/room/tool coordination, budget tracking, and follow-through)
Draft and distribute internal communications (updates, announcements, FAQs)
Drive cross-functional programs and ensure timely execution of key deliverables
Develop and polish executive-level presentations and content
Support virtual events end-to-end (run-of-show, attendee communication, invites, day-of execution, post-event retros)
Leverage AI tools to streamline operational workflows while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
Maintain and manage knowledge systems to keep teams aligned and informed
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, or administrative program management
Experience supporting cross-functional teams and senior executives
Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and parallel workstreams with minimal supervision
Hands-on experience with event logistics (virtual and/or in-person)
Strong proficiency with collaboration tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendars, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in large, fast-paced organizations with cross-functional collaboration
Experience supporting Wearables, Hardware, or Product teams
Experience creating high-quality decks and light creative assets (basic video editing or simple graphics)
Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve operational workflows (drafting, summarizing, tracking, templating)
Bachelor s degree preferred
