Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)

Duration: Full-time position

About the Company

We are seeking a highly experienced Java Full-Stack Developer with 15+ years of overall experience and strong hands-on expertise in Spring Boot and React.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building scalable enterprise applications, designing microservices, and developing modern front-end solutions using React.
This role requires deep technical knowledge across backend and frontend technologies, cloud platforms, and modern development practices.
Strong experience with GraphQL is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React, while building microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs for enterprise applications.
Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS, including reusable components and micro-frontend architectures.
Work with state management tools such as Redux, Context API, and React Hooks, and integrate APIs using GraphQL, Apollo Client, Axios, or similar tools.
Build backend services using the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Batch) and work with SQL Server, Cassandra, or similar databases.
Support containerized deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Rancher, implement unit testing using JUnit/Mockito, and integrate enterprise tools such as Ping Federation and Apigee.
Experience with Azure cloud environments and accessibility standards such as WCAG/ADA is expected.

Qualifications:

15+ years of experience in Java full-stack development
Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React
Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures
At least 5 years of experience building APIs using GraphQL or REST
Strong experience with ReactJS, modern JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS
Experience with state management tools (Redux, Context API, React Hooks)
Experience building micro-frontend applications and reusable UI components
Strong understanding of responsive design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA)
Experience with SQL Server, Cassandra, or similar databases
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Rancher) and containerized environments
Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito
Experience integrating Ping Federation and Apigee
Experience with UML diagram creation (Visio, draw.io)

Required Skills:

Strong experience with GraphQL and Apollo Client
Experience working in enterprise-scale distributed systems
Exposure to modern front-end architecture patterns such as micro-frontends
