Skills and Experience:

Postgres DBA skills RDS and Aurora
Must have strong SQL performance tuning and proc writing skills
Strong understanding of cpu / memory / storage bottlenecks
Github experience
Ability to work independently
This is not about Postgres DB management it is about performance tuning.
Excellent communications (written and spoken)
Customer facing experience
