How you'll make an impact in this role- Drive portfolio excellence by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of over 40 concurrent technical projects, ensuring every initiative aligns with our long-term clinical and strategic goals.
- Empower engineering performance by owning the administrative and project management overhead, allowing our technical architects to focus purely on innovation and security execution.
- Translate complex data into executive insights by leading monthly briefings for the CTO, converting technical milestones into clear, high-level narratives that demonstrate the department's value.
- Champion financial stewardship through rigorous tracking of project spend and resource allocation, ensuring our digital investments deliver maximum value and remain within budgetary guardrails.
- Streamline organizational growth by acting as the primary liaison between technical leads and enterprise governance, turning new ideas into formal, well-resourced projects.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Certification credentialed from the International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers preferred.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'
degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Portfolio Governance Mastery: Proven experience managing a high-volume portfolio (40+) of concurrent infrastructure or technical projects within an enterprise setting.
- ServiceNow Expertise: Advanced, hands-on proficiency with ServiceNow Project and Resource modules, specifically for timecard validation and project health dashboarding.
- Strategic Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to model Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and track complex Capex/Opex run rates for IT services.
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) .
