Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced professional in IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) to design, develop, and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The role involves managing user identities, automating provisioning workflows, and ensuring secure access governance across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IAM solutions using IBM ISIM
- Develop and manage user provisioning & de-provisioning workflows
- Configure identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
- Integrate ISIM with systems like Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and enterprise apps
- Develop custom workflows, policies, and adapters
- Perform access request management and approval workflows
- Troubleshoot provisioning issues and system errors
- Implement password management and self-service features
- Support compliance and audit requirements (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams
- Strong experience in IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM)
- Knowledge of IAM concepts:
- Identity Lifecycle Management
- Access Governance
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Experience with LDAP, Active Directory
- Hands-on with Java / JavaScript / BeanShell scripting
- Knowledge of workflows and provisioning policies
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs & web services
- Database knowledge (SQL, DB2, Oracle)
- Understanding of security and compliance frameworks
