Summary

Job Description

EY is seeking a highly experienced SAP CS (Customer Service) Lead / Senior Consultant with 15+ years of strong SAP Service Management experience. The ideal candidate must have deep hands-on expertise in SAP CS, In-House Service/Repair, Field Service Management, Service Contracts, and ECC to S/4HANA Migration.

The candidate should possess strong functional consulting, stakeholder management, and enterprise transformation experience with proven ability to lead end-to-end SAP CS implementations and migration programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP CS implementation, rollout, migration, and support engagements
  • Drive ECC to S/4HANA migration activities for SAP CS processes and integrations
  • Configure and support:
    • In-House Repair / In-House Service
    • Field Service Processes
    • Service Notifications & Service Orders
    • Service Contracts & Warranty Management
  • Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, technical teams, and leadership
  • Support integration with SAP SD, MM, PM, and CRM/FSM
  • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/development teams
  • Manage SIT, UAT, defect management, and go-live support
  • Lead offshore/onshore coordination and client communication
  • Support cutover planning, deployment, and hypercare activities
