An entertainment and media organization is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA to support ad tech platforms and integration initiatives across ad sales. This hybrid role will oversee cross-functional delivery, system coordination, and operational excellence across complex advertising technology workflows.
About the Opportunity:
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of technical products across multiple systems, teams, and external partners
Drive roadmap delivery for ad technology initiatives aligned with business and technology priorities
Coordinate dependencies across ad platforms, creative systems, content management tools, and metadata ingestion pipelines
Ensure interoperability between ad servers, internal platforms, and third-party vendor systems
Partner with product, engineering, ad operations, and leadership to manage risks, communicate status, and improve delivery processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of experience in technical product management or a similar role in a complex technical environment
Experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional products involving APIs, data pipelines, and distributed systems
Strong understanding of system integration patterns, platform dependencies, and service-oriented architectures
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior leadership
Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills:
Experience with ad tech platforms such as FreeWheel and Google Ad Manager
Familiarity with ad servers, SSPs, DSPs, and programmatic workflows
Experience supporting creative workflows, advertising operations, and content or metadata-driven delivery systems
Exposure to API gateways, microservices architectures, and cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure
Experience supporting high-scale, high-availability environments
Background in media, advertising, or streaming platforms
