OverviewWe are seeking an experienced
Warranty Services Representative to provide advanced customer support related to warranty services, claims processing, and service coordination. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and experience handling complex customer inquiries, particularly within technical or product-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced customer support via phone and electronic communication for warranty-related inquiries
- Assist customers with warranty validation, registration, and eligibility determination
- Explain and interpret warranty terms and product service coverage clearly and accurately
- Coordinate returns, repairs, and replacements for defective or malfunctioning products
- Dispatch and coordinate third-party service providers and contractors
- Track, document, and manage service requests using CRM/ERP systems
- Troubleshoot issues, assess parts availability, and support inventory-related inquiries
- Perform follow-ups with customers to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction
- Support complex projects including multi-family and large-scale commercial accounts
Required Qualifications- Strong experience in warranty claims, claims processing, and customer support
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex service requests
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and warranty information
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- Experience supporting technical products or field service operations
- Background in dispatch coordination or vendor management

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
