Detailed Job Description:
· We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financials R12 contractor to support our Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle| including a highly customized billing application| and integrations with third-party and legacy systems.
· This role is operationally critical| particularly during month-end close. The ideal candidate must possess strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle R12 AR| solid understanding of subledger-to-GL integration| and the ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders to diagnose and resolve issues.
· Project-related work will be executed under the direction of senior team members however| the contractor must independently understand ERP data relationships and the end-to-end revenue lifecycle within Oracle R12.
· Business Support Issue Resolution-Partner with AR| Finance| and Operations stakeholders-Translate business issues into system-level root cause analysis-Provide clear explanations of system behavior and resolution paths-Escalate appropriately when development or configuration changes are required
· Project Support-Support enhancements and process improvements under direction of senior team members-Assist with-Requirements clarification-Testing (SITUAT)-Impact analysis-Document functional designs and process flows as needed
