Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction - from preconstruction and project startup through closeout
  • Manage and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation to ensure timely resolution and accurate record-keeping
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers to keep projects moving on schedule and within budget
  • Assist with scheduling, cost tracking, and budget reporting using project management software
  • Attend and document owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings; distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items
  • Conduct field observations and assist the superintendent with quality control, inspections, and site documentation
  • Support estimating and bidding efforts on new project pursuits as needed

What We're Looking For
  • 1-3 years of experience in a construction project engineering or related role; internship experience in construction will be considered
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with construction project management software (Procore, Viewpoint, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working across field and office environments
  • A team-first mindset with a genuine interest in growing within the construction industry
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred; willingness to obtain OSHA 30 a plus
