Key Responsibilities
- Agile/Scrum delivery
- Project schedules and WBS
- Budgeting and cost tracking
- Staffing/resource allocation
- Deliverables, status reporting, customer meetings, and executive presentations.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree. Associate s degree or High School Diploma/GED permitted with additional experience as defined below.
- Bachelor's + 10 years relevant experience; Associate's + 12 years; or High School Diploma/GED + 14 years.
- PMP and Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent is not required but preferred.
- Experience in managing federal IT/application development and sustainment programs
- Risk and issue management experience
- SDLC/PMLC experience
- Technical transition and knowledge transfer
- Multidisciplinary technical teams
